This month, we caught up with Liz Passmore, who joined us as a student assistant in September. Check out our interview with Liz below.

How long have you been working at the Graham Library as a student assistant?
Two months.
What is your program of study, and what year are you in?
Linguistics and Diaspora & Transnational Studies.
Describe a typical shift working at the Graham Library.
Answering patrons’ questions, adding new books into the system, shelving books. Often I find myself reading randomly from short term loan books that seem interesting.
Which fictional character would you most like to meet?
Kino, the main character from an anime called Kino’s Journey.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
The ability to fly.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A librarian or a ballerina.
What Hogwarts house would you be a member of?
Ravenclaw.
